The St. Tammany Humane Society’s “Desperate House Cats” program is simple. It gets you in the action to raise funds for our desperate homeless cats from the comfort of your own home. Simply find items around your house (not your spouse) and list them Mission Fish style on eBay. Mission Fish allows from 10% to 100% of the items you sell on eBay to be donated directly to the St. Tammany Humane Society. Helping homeless animals has never been easier! Just follow the directions below:

In the Big Blue Box click “Start Selling”
Enter the information about the item.
In the eBay Giving Works section click on “Or, select another nonprofit you love” type in St. Tammany Humane Society and click select. Then click on the Donation Percentage box and select an amount (such as 100%).

Who We Are
The St. Tammany Humane Society is the only non-profit animal sheltering and welfare organization serving St. Tammany parish, and as such, we rely primarily on the assistance of the community we serve to care for the more than 1,000 orphaned pets that enter our shelter each year.
We offer a variety of services and have developed several programs to give these companion animals a second chance and a new leash on life.
