If you have lost an animal, we keep them for five business days, and then they are put through the adoption process. If any of these animals might be yours, contact: Jacqie, Kennel/Intakes Manager at 985-892-7387.

Who We Are
The St. Tammany Humane Society is the only non-profit animal sheltering and welfare organization serving St. Tammany parish, and as such, we rely primarily on the assistance of the community we serve to care for the more than 1,000 orphaned pets that enter our shelter each year.
We offer a variety of services and have developed several programs to give these companion animals a second chance and a new leash on life.
