Pet Surrender
This is Charley, he is a dog available for adoption her at the Humane Society!
If you have a pet or a found dog/cat that you would like to surrender call
Jacqie at 985-892-PETS(7387). We are running off of a waiting list for both dogs and cats. It is Kitten Season, so please realize that the list is quite long and may take awhile before we will intake your pet.
She will add you to the list and can let you know how long it will be before
we can intake your animal. Thank you in advance for your patience. We do all we can to
save as many lives as possible.

Who We Are
The St. Tammany Humane Society is the only non-profit animal sheltering and welfare organization serving St. Tammany parish, and as such, we rely primarily on the assistance of the community we serve to care for the more than 1,000 orphaned pets that enter our shelter each year.
We offer a variety of services and have developed several programs to give these companion animals a second chance and a new leash on life.
Please take some time to dig in to the site and see what we’ve got to wag our tail about.
